We offer business repair accounts for schools, colleges, businesses and hospitals. If you are using multiple mobile phones, ipads, tablets, Macbooks, laptops we can help.

We know how frustrating it can be if you are trying to work and your mobile phone that you rely on for work goes down and stops working or your iPad fails, or Macbook or laptop. Let us help you. We can come out for one device or multiple and if you ask us to do multiple repairs at the same time we will offer a discount.

Our unique service for business and education customers means you never need to leave your site, you will not have insurance issues, of staff potentially getting into an accident off site and not being insured or data going missing or stolen. We repair on site. If it is so many that we have to take them off site, we still collect and return in our van, you do not need to do anything.

Most of our business and education customers love the fact we can have your mobile phones, tablets, iPads, Macbook Pros, Macbook Airs, laptops up and running in one hour whilst you carry on working.

We offer itemised bills with the ability to pay on account each month. If you have a regular amount of devices you want repaired each year we can even split the cost across the year for you, anything to help.

All of our repairs are backed by our 12 month warranty, we only use professional parts so we know they will last. We have been established since 2015 and so you can rest easy that we offer a professional service, with DBS checked staff, trained technicians and we will be around to take care of you.

As we are a small business you will always be speaking and seeing the same people, so we can really get to know you and your needs and we like to think we are the most helpful and friendly repair company out there.

We Repair On Site In Our Vans In 1 Hour. No having to go anywhere for your staff, we will come and repair on site.  We can handle volume repairs as well as just 1.

Pay On Account – No retainers and no minimums. Use us on site when you need us.

You can apply for more information on our business contracts at the bottom of this page or email mark@mobilisetelecoms.co.uk. There is no forms to fill in, just a simple email so it is easy to set up a business account with Repair Not Replace.

You book online, choosing a time to suit you.  Repair Not Replace will then send out a fully equipped repair van. We repair your Macbook, Mobile Phone, iPad in our vans outside your premises or the home address of your staff, whichever you prefer. We then will send you an invoice at the end of the month with another 30 days to pay. It is easy to repair your mobile phones and tablets, laptops, Macbooks, Macbook Pros,without having to leave your premises.

If there hasn’t been any repairs, there is nothing to pay, you only need to call us out when you need us.

If you prefer to pay straight away, and do not want a business contract, then you can pay online upfront or we accept credit or debit card payments on our vans, they all carry chip and pin machines. Sorry we do not take cash.
