How Does It Work?

1.You select your model on here to get a price and book an appointment for us to come out to you.

2. We test your device and run some security checks on the phone. If broken it can have 1 fault. There is no obligation and no fees or charges if you decide not to sell. The test and coming out to you is free.

3. We need to see your Photo ID, then we get you to sign a form and then payment is made same day via Paypal whilst we are with you or within 2 working days by Bank Transfer if you prefer. We will give you paperwork confirming the sale.

How Do We Come Up With Our Prices?

The price we offer depends on a number of factors, these include, how quickly we are selling that model, the price in the market for refurbished phones being offered, the cost of any parts to repair them, the cost of selling the item and the cost of the technicians time in coming out to you and testing the device. Pre owned handset prices do move quickly, the price offered is the price on the day.
